Dear guests!
1. Smoking in the apartment is strictly PROHIBITED, if the administrator detects the smell of smoke, a FINE equal to the AMOUNT of the DEPOSIT will be charged!
2. Our apartments are not designed for celebrations and any other holidays, as well as loud listening to music and other noise, especially after 22:00. In case of violation of this clause of the rules, we have the right to evict you without refunding the payment.
3. Accommodation with animals is subject to agreement, and is paid separately, starting from 500 rubles per day per animal.
4.Check-in from 14:00, early check-in is negotiated separately with the manager.
5.Check-out before 12:00, late check-out is negotiated separately with the manager.
